Earlier this year, I recommitted myself to improving my health which included taking the Whole30 challenge as well as investing in a FitBit. I know my iPhone has a step tracker that syncs with other apps (MyFitnessPal) and can tell me how many steps I take each day, but somehow, I thought if I owned an actual FitBit , it would be more official! Something about a rubber bracelet around my wrist screamed “Look at how health conscious I am! I am super serious about my fitness! Ask me how many steps I took today!!” Right?
